VP, Controller (CPA Required)

What you’ll do:
- Own financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Lead month-end/year-end close and manage audits
- Partner with executives and PE stakeholders on performance and insights
- Oversee and develop the accounting team
- Drive process improvements across accounting and operations
- Handle complex accounting areas, including distribution, chargebacks, and rebates
What you bring:
- Active CPA (required)
- Public accounting foundation
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience
- Private equity environment experience
- Background supporting distribution-based businesses (chargebacks/rebates)
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment
