Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to oversee terminal operations and ensure everything runs smoothly—from cargo movement to customer service. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep teams motivated and operations compliant, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership
- Assign daily tasks based on forecasts and staffing plans
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and support
- Conduct training on safety, procedures, and equipment use
Operations & Logistics
- Oversee loading/unloading, inventory control, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate the timely flow of goods or passengers through the terminal
- Troubleshoot delays, equipment issues, and customer concerns
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety policies and regulatory standards
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with internal teams
Customer Experience
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Ensure smooth interactions across all touchpoints
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of operations, inventory, and incidents
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Keep stakeholders informed of status updates and changes
What You Bring
- Proven experience supervising teams in logistics or terminal operations
- Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, or passenger flow
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple moving parts
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency
