Our client, a leading company in the fitness industry, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across the organization, from intake through offer.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top sales talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business goals and hiring priorities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate fit and performance potential.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Support employer branding efforts and promote the organization within the talent market.
Qualifications
- 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting.
- Proven experience recruiting for sales roles (required).
- Industry experience within fitness, life sciences, biotech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
- Expert-level sourcing skills, including deep proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
