Systems Trainer (ADP Workforce / Timekeeping) | Enterprise System Implementation Project- Part Time
We're looking for an experienced Systems Trainer to support a large-scale workforce management and timekeeping system implementation in Hicksville, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for trainers with experience delivering instructor-led training on workforce management, payroll, HRIS, or timekeeping systems. What You'll Do:
- Deliver instructor-led training on ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, and timekeeping processes
- Facilitate classroom sessions for employees during a major system rollout
- Lead two daily 90-minute training sessions in an onsite operational environment
- Answer live system and process-related questions during training sessions
- Support end-user adoption of new workforce management and timekeeping technology
- Reinforce system processes and best practices using pre-developed training materials
- Travel between nearby training locations as needed and participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions
What You Bring:
- 3 years of instructor-led training, corporate training, or learning & development experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce (required)
- Experience training employees on workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, HRIS, or related systems
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to confidently lead groups with varying levels of technical proficiency
- Experience supporting software implementations, technology rollouts, or change management initiatives
- Reliable attendance and ability to support early morning onsite training schedules
- Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday from October through December
Preferred Qualifications:
- WorkForce Software experience
- UKG/Kronos, Workday, SAP HR, or Oracle HCM training experience
- Experience working with union-represented employees
- Utility, manufacturing, transportation, construction, or other operational environment experience
- Systems implementation or enterprise software rollout training experience

💵Salary: $55 - $62/hr
