Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to attract top talent, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional hiring results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to promote employer brand.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting across business units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience
