Position Summary

The Corporate Accountant will play a key role in supporting the accounting and financial reporting functions of a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. This position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on monthly reporting, process improvements, acquisitions, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages
• Analyze financial results and investigate account variances
• Assist with annual audits and coordinate requests from external auditors
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial processes and internal controls
• Assist with acquisition integration efforts and other strategic initiatives as the company continues to grow
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and GAAP requirements
• Participate in process improvement projects to increase efficiency and scalability across the finance organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 1 years of accounting experience required
• Public accounting experience preferred
• CPA certification or CPA-track preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
