Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager | Multi-Building Portfolio | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a dynamic, multi-building portfolio. This onsite role partners closely with a real estate team to drive day-to-day operations, capital projects, and overall asset performance.

This is a highly autonomous position ideal for someone who enjoys leading operations, managing teams, and optimizing property performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

• Oversee daily operations across a multi-building portfolio
• Conduct site inspections and manage maintenance, repairs, and vendor performance
• Supervise building engineers and third-party service providers
• Plan and execute capital projects and tenant improvements
• Ensure compliance with life safety standards

Financial Management

• Manage budgets (operating & capital) and track financial performance
• Review invoices, analyze reports, and present key insights to stakeholders
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform expense analyses

Administrative & Project Oversight

• Manage RFPs, contracts, and scopes of work
• Oversee project execution from planning through completion
• Maintain compliance records, insurance documentation, and maintenance schedules
• Support building performance/energy reporting initiatives

Employee & Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite stakeholders
• Communicate updates on projects, disruptions, and building activity
• Build strong relationships and respond to requests with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications

• 7 years of commercial property management experience
• Experience managing multi-building or complex portfolios
• Strong financial and budgeting expertise
• Knowledge of building systems preferred
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi or similar)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
