Real Estate Paralegal | Orlando, FL | $70K–$95K | Hybrid Opportunity

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly respected Florida-based law firm to identify a Real Estate Paralegal for their Orlando office. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct title, survey, UCC, lien, and zoning searches and analysis
• Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing packages
• Manage due diligence, timelines, and transaction checklists
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and government agencies
• Prepare closing documents and support transactions through closing
• Record legal documents and maintain organized closing binders and files
• Perform legal research related to real estate matters
• Track key deadlines and ensure timely completion of transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience as a transactional or real estate paralegal
• Experience in commercial real estate strongly preferred
• Ability to support multiple attorneys and manage high-volume transactions
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage matters from inception through closing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tools
• Experience with legal document management systems (iManage a plus)
• Familiarity with timekeeping software in a law firm environment

Compensation:

• Salary range: $70,000 – $95,000, depending on experience
