Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer complaint records from intake through resolution
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure quality standards
- Conduct pre-shipment audits to verify compliance with customer and internal requirements
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and audit records
- Support processes, documentation, and audit preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality-related issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or related experience preferred
- Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or administrative support preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards, audits, and quality processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment and adhering to safety standards
