Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our management staff with ensuring that internal business productivity and quality are being upheld to a high industry standard.
- Monitor agent inbound/outbound calls
- Assess calls for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
- Review agent files for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
- Identify re-training and coaching opportunities
- Effectively communicate coaching opportunities through the proper channels
- Support internal quality control policy and procedures
- Track performance at department, team and individual levels
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide effective feedback both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive attitude and approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with operational audits
- Ability to work independently and within a team
