Production Supervisor

LHH is seeking a Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing organization to to oversee daily operations across multiple production lines. This role is responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring operational reliability, and meeting production targets in alignment with company objectives. The anticipated salary for this role is between $75,000-$85,000 a year.

Responsibilities

• :Promote and enforce workplace safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant environmen
• tEnsure quality standards are established, followed, and continuously monitored throughout production processe
• sPlan, coordinate, and oversee daily production schedules to meet internal and customer demand
• sLead, train, and mentor production team members, including performance management and issue resolutio
• nAnalyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principle
• sMonitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtim
• eCollaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, engineering, and supply chain to address operational need
• sTrack key performance indicators (KPIs), report on results, and implement corrective actions as neede
• dAssess staffing needs and adjust labor resources based on production volumes and business demand

• s:Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be consider
