We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in the Mebane, NC area. This role ensures safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while supporting and developing night‑shift production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support night‑shift production employees (up to 30 employees)
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocols
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to reduce downtime
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
- Complete nightly reporting and communicate with other shift leaders
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and technical manufacturing environments
- Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus
Preferred
- Experience with Lean/5S or continuous improvement
