We’re looking for Process Improvement Coordinator , to join a leading client in Uvalde, TX 78801. The Process Improvement Coordinator will support a focused, temporary improvement project in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurate data collection, disciplined execution within a clearly defined project scope, and timely communication of findings and progress. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage assigned priorities with limited supervision, and partner effectively with operations and support teams.
Position- Process Improvement Coordinator
Location: Russellville, AR 72802
What You’ll Do:
• Collect, verify, and organize process data accurately and consistently.
• Follow standard work, data collection methods, and food safety requirements.
• Maintain strict alignment with the defined project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work autonomously while escalating risks, barriers, or scope concerns in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, maintenance, quality, and project stakeholders.
• Provide routine progress updates and summarize observations, findings, and completed work.
• Use assigned computer equipment and standard business tools to enter, track, and report data.
• Support project activities across production areas while following all plant safety and sanitation practices.
What You’ll Have:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete assigned deliverables.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow a defined project scope and established procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and spreadsheet use.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on production and project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices, or related plant protocols.
• Experience collecting production data or supporting process improvement projects.

💵 Pay Range: $21 - $25.00/Hour
