Payroll Analyst
The payroll analyst is responsible for timely payroll administration of 1000 employees throughout the US, ensuring that accuracy and compliance are adhered to the applicable laws and regulations.
What you would be doing:
- Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls for employees throughout multiple facilities (1,000 )
- Make tax deposits and supports filing of quarterly/annual tax reports
- Calculating and processing employee salary, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in Workday
- Prepare and submit payroll reports (Excel exports/uploads)
- Ensure tax tables are accurate and up to date for each employee depending on the coordinating state
- Weekly payroll reconciliation
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
What we need from YOU!
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with end to end (in house) payroll processing and payroll tax support
- Advanced Excel expertise (Xlookup, Pivot table, etc.)
- Proven knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, large payroll platforms (ADP WFN, Workday, Oracle, UKG, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the upmost discretion.

Hours: Monday- Friday (40/hrs/week), 7:30-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
Target Pay Rate $32-34/hr OT
