Linear Associate Account Manager | Global Media & Advertising Services Firm
We’re looking for a Linear Associate Account Manager to join a leading global media and advertising operations team in New York. This is a client-facing, post-sale role supporting a book of business and partnering closely with Account Executives. If you have 1 years of experience in account management, ad operations, or media sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage ad sales accounts from booking through invoicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ad agencies and internal sales teams
- Coordinate commercial inventory booking, scheduling updates, and deal execution
- Ensure accuracy of deal terms, pricing, and purchased ad placements
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and partner with accounting on adjustments
- Align traffic instructions with booked inventory and escalate issues when needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Support process improvements and deliver high-quality client service
What You Bring:
- 1 year of experience in ad operations, account management, or media-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
📍 Location: New York, NY (hybrid)
💵 Pay: $29 – $33/hour
