Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and key transaction documents
- Conduct and manage due diligence processes
- Advise clients on corporate governance and strategic business matters
- Work closely with private equity clients and management teams on investments and exits
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in corporate / transactional practice
- Strong M&A and/or private equity experience at a top law firm
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- North Carolina bar license
