Human Resources Specialist
Location: Fullerton, CA
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $33/hour
Position Overview
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and highly confidential Human Resources Specialist to join our client's team in Fullerton. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records, and offboarding processes. You will work closely with the HR Manager and have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities, including payroll support over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Process employee terminations and ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all employee and organizational information
- Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and leadership
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of Human Resources experience required
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
