Job Summary: We're looking for a driven HR Recruiting Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting while supporting broader HR functions across our dealership organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates with ease across all levels, and takes genuine pride in finding the right person for the right seat.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles — job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume or recurring positions
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end and champion a positive, professional candidate experience
  • Lead new-hire onboarding and orientation to set employees up for early success

HR Operations Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR procedures
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data with a high degree of precision
  • Support benefits enrollment and administration for new hires
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Contribute to training, engagement, and employee development initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-role environment
  • Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with an ATS and HRIS platform (please note which systems in your application)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple open requisitions and competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can represent the company professionally in every interaction
  • High discretion and judgment when handling confidential employee information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience recruiting across multiple departments or job families
  • Background in the automotive dealership industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements
This role involves a standard office environment with the ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
