Job Summary: We're looking for a driven HR Recruiting Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting while supporting broader HR functions across our dealership organization. You'll be the connective tissue between hiring managers and top talent — building pipelines, delivering a standout candidate experience, and keeping our people operations running smoothly and compliantly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates with ease across all levels, and takes genuine pride in finding the right person for the right seat.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles — job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume or recurring positions
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end and champion a positive, professional candidate experience
- Lead new-hire onboarding and orientation to set employees up for early success
HR Operations Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data with a high degree of precision
- Support benefits enrollment and administration for new hires
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Contribute to training, engagement, and employee development initiatives
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-role environment
- Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with an ATS and HRIS platform (please note which systems in your application)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple open requisitions and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can represent the company professionally in every interaction
- High discretion and judgment when handling confidential employee information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Experience recruiting across multiple departments or job families
- Background in the automotive dealership industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Salary : $72,000 - $75,000
