Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000–$95,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive new-hire experience.
- Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment activities.
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook updates, and overall compliance initiatives.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and oversee payroll administration and reconciliations.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, coaching, and HR best practices.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leadership.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience serving as the sole HR professional within an organization.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
