Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Join our high-performing manufacturing client, who are committed to producing quality products and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on employee relations to support their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting objective investigations, providing guidance on performance management, and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: Implement succession planning and training programs to ensure a continuous pipeline of talent and to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees. This includes identifying key roles, assessing potential successors, and creating development plans to prepare employees for future leadership positions.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process within the region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the manufacturing company.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company and are set up for success.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally half spent in an HR Business Partner capacity within the manufacturing industry.
- Travel along the East Coast to various sites as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software such as ADP or UKG.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: $100k - $130k based on experience
