This role will be critical in supporting their Technology and Finance teams, acting as a trusted advisor and driving people strategies that scale with the business.
What You Bring
- 5 years of HRBP experience, ideally in a Tech or SaaS environment
- Proven success partnering with Technology or Finance teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment
- Must be based in NYC and willing to be on-site once per week in Midtown – this is non-negotiable
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
