What You’ll Do
- Be the on‑site leader for physical security and workplace operations
- Own day‑to‑day access management, security monitoring, and incident response
- Serve as a visible, trusted presence for employees, visitors, and partners on site
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain building systems and safety controls
- Oversee and support the reliability of physical security and building systems, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and operating as intended
- Lead facilities maintenance and improvement projects that keep the workplace running smoothly
- Manage service providers and contractors supporting security, maintenance, and building operations
- Act as the go‑to resource during security‑ or facility‑related situations, bringing calm, sound judgment, and accountability
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience administering physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm platforms
- Strong familiarity with IP‑based, networked security and building technologies and their full lifecycle management
- Ability to configure, maintain, and support production security systems in partnership with IT and external vendors
- Experience supporting on‑site facilities or building operations in a complex environment
- Sound judgment and confidence responding to security or system‑related incidents
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
