Executive Assistant : Full-Time
Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This position requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a team-driven setting while maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritizing meetings and requests effectively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Organize and support meetings and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and communication with attendees
- Assist with various strategic initiatives, projects, and administrative processes
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive alignment and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years supporting senior leaders or executives
