Estate Planning Legal Assistant | Naples, FL (Onsite) | $60K–$80K
A reputable, well-established law firm in Naples is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Legal Assistant to support a busy practice group. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Support multiple attorneys with estate planning and probate matters
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and memos
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files using a document management system
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and communicate with clients
- Enter billable time and process expense reports
- Assist with assembling estate planning binders and related documentation
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Estate planning or probate experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tools
- Experience with document management systems; iManage is a plus
- Florida Notary is a plus
