Immediate Opportunity!
Our client, a well-respected law firm in Naples, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an immediate temporary assignment expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who can quickly step in and provide support in a fast-paced professional office environment.
For candidates who possess prior Estate Planning or Probate Legal Assistant experience, there is potential for this opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time Estate Planning Legal Assistant role.
What You'll Do

Maintain paper and electronic files utilizing the firm's document management system.

Prepare, format, proofread, and revise correspondence, legal documents, and client communications.

Schedule client meetings and manage attorney calendars.

Enter billing information and process expense reports.

Assist with preparation of estate planning binders and client documentation.

Provide reception and general administrative support as needed.

Support attorneys and office leadership with daily administrative functions and special projects.
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Assistant experience.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.

Strong verbal communication and client service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.

Experience with document management systems.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications for Temp-to-Hire Consideration

Legal Assistant experience supporting Estate Planning and/or Probate attorneys.

Experience with legal drafting software.

Experience with iManage document management software.

Florida Notary Public certification.

Previous law firm experience.
Physical Requirements
