LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fast-paced organization in Jacksonville, FL to hire a Distribution Operations Manager to lead day-to-day shipping execution and coach a team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, service levels, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and develop an outbound team (picking/packing/shipping)
  • Drive daily productivity and accuracy while hitting key KPIs
  • Spot bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements
  • Use WMS/data to track performance and improve results
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance (OSHA, company standards)


Experience:

  • 5 years in warehouse/outbound operations (2 years leading teams)
  • Strong knowledge of outbound fulfillment and WMS
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)
  • Confident communicator who can motivate, coach, and drive accountability


Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
