Corporate Paralegal
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $35 – $45 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
LHH is working with an international technology corporation in seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team on a contract or contract basis in San Diego, CA. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in corporate governance, records management, and regulatory compliance, and who are looking to contribute in a stable, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance and entity management activities
- Maintain and organize corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation
- Assist with SEC filings and regulatory compliance matters
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
- Support special projects, including intellectual property management and corporate transactions (as applicable)
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant paralegal experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal certificate required
- Experience supporting public or global companies strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, records management, and SEC compliance
- Exposure to M&A, IP, or corporate transactions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
