Corporate Counsel (Exton, PA, hybrid)
LHH is partnering with a fintech/software company in Exton, PA looking to hire a mid‑level Corporate Counsel. This is a lean, high‑impact legal role with a clear growth path. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office.
What you’ll do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, including software/SaaS licenses and professional services agreements.
- Advise on corporate, HR/employment, regulatory (financial services), and data security matters.
- Partner closely with Sales and Finance lines of business.
- Stay current on applicable laws and regulations.
What will set you up for success:
- JD Pennsylvania bar required;
- 2–4 years of corporate or transactional law experience (firm or in‑house);
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts is a must;
- fintech experience is a plus
