About the Role
We are seeking smart, capable college graduates to support the full claims lifecycle on settlement administration engagements. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required—we provide training for candidates who bring strong aptitude and attention to detail. Your core work is reviewing claims as they come in and ensuring they are processed accurately, fairly, and on time.
What You'll Do
Claim review and validation
- Review claimant-submitted forms, data, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
- Evaluate invoices, receipts, and payment records to validate claimed amounts
- Flag discrepancies, missing information, or questionable entries, and follow up to resolve them
Data integrity and processing
- Perform duplicate checks, data validation, and quality-control reviews to maintain data integrity across claims databases
- Support processing workflows including documentation review, data entry, and preparing claims for final determination
- Keep accurate, current records of communications and claim status in internal systems
Collaboration and reporting
- Work with internal teammates and external stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements
- Prepare summary reports, status updates, and ad hoc deliverables as needed
Claimant support
- Act as a point of contact for claimants by phone and email, responding promptly, professionally, and with empathy
- Guide claimants through submission processes, required documentation, and program details
- Track and categorize inbound inquiries to surface common issues and process-improvement opportunities
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to spot inconsistencies and reason through them
- Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain complex information simply
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort with both structured and unstructured data
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to pick things up quickly
