LHH is partnered with a growing professional services firm is adding a Billing Specialist to support continued expansion and improve day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on role with ownership across core accounting functions, along with the opportunity to drive process improvements following a recent system implementation.
Title: Billing Specialist
Location: On-site in Salem, OR
Compensation:
- Base pay: $30-35/hour
- Performance based bonuses

What You’ll Own
- Focus on customer billings, mailings and processing customer payments
- Accounts payable ownership
- Managing bank deposits
- Process improvement initiatives to support company growth
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience with billings
- Ability to own processes and operate independently
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-improvement mindset
- Strong communication across internal stakeholders
