Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)
Schedule:
- Training: First 30 days onsite (Mount Laurel office)
- Ongoing: Hybrid – Tuesday and Wednesday onsite, remainder of the week remote (subject to business needs)
Pay Range:(Target $18–$20/hr)
Employment Type: Contract (CFS only)
Position Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing B2B collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy outbound calling for collections (B2B focus)
- Manage leasing-related accounts and resolve payment issues
- Apply cash accurately and maintain AR records
- Provide exceptional customer service to Canon’s customers
- Draft clear, professional written communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Degree preferred in Finance or Business
- Strong Excel and Word skills
- Experience in accounting and cash application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally
- Leasing experience required
- Third-party collections experience not desired
