Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a mid-sized corporation that is in search of someone to take on an Accounts Payable role. Qualified candidates will have a prior accounts payable experience as well as an ability to multi-task well, work with limited oversight and the ability to communicate with all levels of employee and company vendors. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company with good stability. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation and reasonable hours. This is a full-time, fully onsite, temp to perm position offering a pay rate of $28-30/hour.
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist job include:
· Work closely with the Accounting Manager of the corporation
· Handle full cycle accounts payable processing and reporting
· Track and process expense reports
· Process electronic payments
· Use Excel to proactively build month end reports
Qualifications:
· Three or more years of accounts payable experience required
· Technical skills inclusive of ERP software and MS Excel
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work well across multiple departments
