We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in their career.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in accounting and is looking to move beyond execution into process ownership, leadership exposure, and business partnership. You’ll have the opportunity to operate at a level typically associated with an Accounting Manager, with a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own key components of the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance explanations
- Serve as a primary contact for external auditors
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Support and enhance internal controls and documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and operational teams
- Mentor and support junior staff, as applicable

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
- 3–6 years of relevant experience (public accounting or industry)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with month-end close and audit support
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
