This role will start with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable, then expand into month-end close, GL, and broader accounting responsibilities as you ramp up.

What you'll be doing:
- Own AR: billing, cash application, aging, and collections
- Communicate with customers and internal teams in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
- Gain exposure to inventory and cost accounting
- Support audits and financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (required)
- Strong AR foundation with interest in full-cycle accounting
- Manufacturing or inventory experience is a plus
- Small company experience is a plus
- Comfortable working 100% onsite in South San Francisco
