Serve as the central point between injured employees, external claims partners, and internal teams. Balance employee care, cost control, and compliance while providing visibility into claim costs and trends. This is a hands-on role-not administrative or intake-only-requiring active claim management, strategic influence, and direct employee engagement.Position SummaryThe Worker's Compensation Specialist is responsible for managing the entire workers' compensation claims process, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective resolution. This role acts as the primary liaison between the organization, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to monitor claim progression, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
