We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This is with a prominent real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
- Accrual and cash journal entries
- Review operating statements and variance reports
- Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.
- Perform CAM reconciliations
- Interact and communicate with property managers
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience
Skills:
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
- Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
