Potential Areas of Responsibility

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Distribution, and S&OP.
• Drive supply chain performance across commercial, clinical, and manufacturing operations.
• Develop global supplier and contract manufacturing strategies.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory optimization, and service-level performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial leadership.
• Build resilient supply chains capable of supporting rapid growth and product launches.
• Lead ERP, digital transformation, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Establish KPIs focused on inventory turns, OTIF, forecast accuracy, and cost reduction.
• Manage third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Develop and mentor high-performing supply chain teams.

Ideal Background

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience within:
• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Biotechnology
• Life Sciences
• CDMO/CMO Organizations
• Medical Devices
• Cell & Gene Therapy
• Biologics Manufacturing
• Proven experience leading S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Expertise in inventory optimization, forecasting, procurement, and distribution.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, GDP, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting commercial product launches preferred.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
