Key Responsibilities Perform and review month-end close activities , including journal entries and reconciliations for cash, accruals, allocations, and prepayments. Maintain and analyze the general ledger , ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Prepare and review financial statements , variance analyses, and supporting schedules. Manage expense allocations across departments and ensure proper coding. Oversee prepaid expense accounting , including amortization schedules. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices. Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, reconciliations, and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5 years of accounting experience , including strong GL and month-end close exposure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). Experience with SAP is a plus Strong understanding of cash accounting , expense accruals , and prepayment processes .
