Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in starting a career in recruiting or human resources. You'll assist with candidate coordination, job postings, and day-to-day recruiting operations while gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist recruiters with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communicationsPost job openings to job boards, career pages, and social media platformsReview resumes and help screen candidates for entry-level and mid-level rolesMaintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support onboarding activities and new-hire documentationRespond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely mannerHelp with recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiativesPerform general administrative tasks related to hiring and HRQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google WorkspacePositive attitude and willingness to learnNice to HaveInternship or coursework related to HR or recruitingFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination rolesBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
