This is a temp-to-hire role with conversion in ~30 days .

What You'll Do
- Manage customer projects through stage-gate and commercialization processes
- Coordinate across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Lead meetings, plant trials, and cross-functional collaboration
- Support packaging development, specifications, and approvals
- Drive projects from concept through pre-commercialization
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep projects moving
- Experience managing cross-functional projects (manufacturing or consumer products preferred)
- Strong organization and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in structured systems and processes
- Practical, problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
- Quick path to full-time conversion
- Highly stable company and industry
- Visible, impactful role across multiple teams
