Procurement Manager (Manufacturing / SAP) - Winston Area

Full-Time | Leadership Role

I'm partnering with a confidential, global manufacturing organization to hire a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, and supplier strategy in a high-volume production environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing direct indirect procurement, supply room operations, and a large supplier base-all while driving cost savings and improving forecast accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end procurement across direct materials, MRO, and services
• Manage ~$110M in annual spend and drive cost reduction initiatives
• Oversee inventory accuracy, MRP data, and supply room operations
• Lead and develop a team of buyers, clerks, and supervisors
• Partner with Planning, Operations, and Finance to improve forecasting and material flow
• Manage ~250 suppliers and negotiate contracts to maximize value

What You Bring

• Experience leading procurement in a manufacturing environment
• Strong SAP / MRP knowledge
• Proven people leadership and team development experience
• Background managing direct indirect spend, inventory, and suppliers
• Ability to balance strategic sourcing with day-to-day execution
