Job Title: Philanthropy AssociateLocation: Sacramento, CA Shift: Day Shift, (9:00am - 5:30pm)Job SummaryThe Philanthropy Associate is an entry-level administrative role responsible for supporting the organization's gift processing and donor data management activities. This position focuses primarily on accurately entering donor information and donor comments into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while ensuring data integrity and adherence to established procedures. This role supports donation management by typing donor information into a computer system and working with others to make sure everything is completed accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter donor gifts, comments, and related information into the CRM database.Process donations in accordance with established organizational procedures.Maintain data accuracy and consistency when handling donor records.Collaborate with team members to support assigned workflow and daily operational tasks.Follow existing guidelines and procedures to complete routine tasks and resolve straightforward issues.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of donor information.Meet productivity and accuracy standards, including fast and precise typing performance.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience using a CRM system for data entry or donor management.Strong typing skills with fast, accurate words-per-minute performance.Ability to follow detailed procedures and complete repetitive tasks consistently.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Prior experience in a non-clinical administrative or office support role.Familiarity with donor relations, gift processing, or nonprofit environments.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
