Office Manager/Executive Administrator San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | Hybrid Compensation: $90K - $120K We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager/Executive Administrator to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to senior executives. This role ensures the office runs efficiently, supports leadership with administrative tasks, and delivers a professional experience for employees and guests. Requires in-office presence 4 days per week . Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Manage meeting rooms, schedules, catering, and guest reception. Handle mail, supplies, deliveries, plants, and general office upkeep. Maintain office systems and keep the Business Continuity Portal updated. Coordinate with the landlord on office issues, improvements, or moves. Support office safety protocols and compliance. Coordinate fire and first responder training. Work with HR on emergency communication procedures. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service. Negotiate contracts and oversee office supplies and equipment. Monitor and manage the office operations budget. Provide general admin support (filing, data entry, document management). Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and interview scheduling. Support senior leaders with expense reports, letters, presentations, travel, and signature requests. Coordinate as needed with the Executive Assistant to the CEO & CMO. Qualifications 2 - 4 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Professional, discreet, and team-oriented. Problem-solving mindset.
