They are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator. As the Logistics and Distribution Planner you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of distribution and order fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from inception to delivery, optimizing logistics processes, and providing exceptional customer service as the primary liaison to your assigned accounts. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with salary starting at $55K, sign on bonus, biannual discretionary bonuses, room for growth and a HYBRID work schedule. Responsibilities: Order Processing: Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established timelines Logistics Management: Work closely with logistics and transportation partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce lead times, and minimize costs while maintaining a high level of service Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly Inventory Control: Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are available to fulfill customer orders on time Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to assess logistics and order fulfillment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipping, customs, and other logistics processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Proven experience in logistics coordination and order fulfillment within the electronics or similar industry Strong knowledge of SAP, logistics software and systems Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive starting salary, sign on bonus and biannual discretionary bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Professional development opportunities HYBRID work schedule after 90 days.
