Interim HRBP LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Interim HRBP for our client located in Downtown Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity assisting our client on a contract basis to engage and drive strategic solutions for the organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. The position collaborates with business leaders to support employee engagement, retention, change management, and HR initiatives while ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives. Our client will utilize this role as a trusted advisor, helping managers address workforce challenges, drive performance, and foster a positive workplace culture. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or similar field
- Minimum 7 years human resources experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly desired (not required)
