This individual contributor role will drive end-to-end supply and demand optimization while partnering with suppliers, planning teams, and outsourced manufacturing partners to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
- Manage supply and demand planning activities, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.
- Partner with planning teams to align supply strategies with business demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers and outsourced manufacturing (ODM/contract manufacturing) partners to support production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and drive recovery actions.
- Assess supply risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Drive supplier performance related to quality, delivery, lead times, and capacity.
- Develop reporting and tracking tools to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 5 years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting ODM, contract manufacturing, or outsourced production models.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier management.
- Proven supplier negotiation and relationship management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting OEM, ODM, or global manufacturing operations.
- Background in inventory optimization, supplier capacity management, and supply continuity planning.
- Experience with ERP, planning, or procurement systems.
