Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Dayton, NJType of Employment: Temporary, 3 to 5 MonthsIn Office/Hybrid/Remote: HybridHourly: $28/hrJob Summary:A manufacturing company is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative on a temporary basis to cover a leave. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acting as the liaison between customers, purchasing and sales. The qualified candidate must have experience working at a consumer-packaged goods organization. Responsibilities: Answer basic product questions Proactively contact customers for relationship building Qualify the orders that come in Manage the sales order inbox Answer incoming phone calls as they come in Check inventory for item availability for orders Quote prices of products for customers Handle warranty questions and processing Required Experience:Two years of order entry or inside sales experience from product consumer goods organizationExperience using an ERP (SAP a plus)CRM experience, Salesforce a plusStrong MS Office skills with a focus on ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelationship building skillsPay Details: $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nadia Negm Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
