We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our clients team on a 5-month contract. This role will support HR systems operations, data integrity, and process improvements to ensure seamless HRIS functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and administer HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP).Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Perform system testing, upgrades, and troubleshoot issues.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries for HR and leadership teams.Collaborate with HR and IT teams on integration and process improvement projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.4 years of HRIS experience, including system maintenance and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeHRIS platforms (SAP SF, Workday, ADP).
