Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Workforce Support
- Serving as a consistent point of contact for employee questions, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation in a high-volume environment
- Supporting leaders with coaching, documentation, attendance matters, and escalation pathways
- Providing clear, consistent guidance while maintaining professionalism with both hourly and supervisory staff
- Coordinating interview logistics, onboarding steps, and new-hire paperwork with accuracy and organization
- Overseeing employment file maintenance, verification requirements, and compliance-related documentation
- Conducting structured onboarding experiences that ensure readiness on day one
- Reviewing timekeeping discrepancies and partnering with supervisors to resolve pay-impacting issues
- Ensuring adherence to internal standards around scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce accountability
- Supporting routine audits and reinforcing accurate data management across systems
- Assisting employees with benefits questions and guiding them through required steps during leave-related processes
- Preparing documentation, tracking deadlines, and communicating requirements clearly and confidentially
- Preparing HR data, trend summaries, and routine reports requested by leadership
- Maintaining consistent compliance practices through detailed recordkeeping and timely follow-through
- Supporting training coordination, safety communications, and broader HR initiatives as the team continues to expand
- Strong HR fundamentals with the ability to apply them in a busy, operational setting
- Professionalism and steady communication in environments that require frequent guidance and interpersonal interactions
- Comfort supporting a workforce that may include multilingual or field-based employees; Bilingual Spanish remains required
- High attention to detail, particularly around documentation and compliance-driven tasks
- Familiarity with HR systems, timekeeping tools, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in high-movement industries-such as landscaping, hospitality, facilities, construction, or other service-driven environments-is advantageous but not required
- Direct visibility to leadership and involvement in strengthening HR workflows
