Payroll Specialist / HR Generalist Full-Time | Biweekly Payroll for ~200 EmployeesWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist / HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in managing payroll operations and supporting day-to-day HR functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing payroll accuracy with employee support and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.The right candidate will oversee full-cycle payroll processing for approximately 200 employees on a biweekly basis, while also assisting with HR administration including PTO tracking, benefits support, and employee inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministrationProcess biweekly full-cycle payroll for approximately 200 employees using ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN)Ensure accurate payroll calculations including wages, deductions, and adjustmentsMaintain payroll records and audit data for compliance and accuracyPerform general ledger entries and journal updates related to payroll transactionsReconcile payroll reports and ensure proper documentationHR Generalist SupportMonitor and manage employee PTO balances and accrualsUpdate employee deductions and benefits within the payroll systemMonitor and respond to the HR inbox, addressing employee questions and requestsAssist with open enrollment processes and benefits administrationSupport employee relations tasks and HR documentationRequired QualificationsExperience using ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience managing full-cycle payroll processingKnowledge of general ledger and journal entries related to payrollExperience tracking and monitoring PTO balancesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain payroll accuracyPreferred QualificationsExperience working independently with employee relations mattersFamiliarity with benefits administration and open enrollment processesPrior experience in a Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist, Payroll Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Specialist roleWhat We're Looking For✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented professional✔ Someone who can manage payroll accurately and confidentially✔ A proactive team member who enjoys supporting employees and HR operationsThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys owning payroll operations while contributing to a supportive HR team environment.Benefit offerings: Benefits include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
